The remaining 2+-acres is already zoned LC-1 Limited Commercial <br /> under Rezone Petition# 6648 (effective 10/18/96,with a Deed Restriction specifying only one employee <br /> and all unlicensed vehicles to be stored"inside the structure.") The current use of the LC-1 parcel would <br /> continue. <br /> Note:A narrow Floodplain associated with Badfish Creek to the Southwest seems to border the North and <br /> West sides of the RH-1 parcel. <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7248.
