DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7247 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Berry. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes and A-2 <br /> Agriculture District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7247 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Berry, described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the said Section 19; thence South <br /> 1320 feet; thence West 770 feet to the point of beginning; thence West 800 feet to Turkey <br /> Road; thence Southerly along Turkey Road; thence Southerly along Turkey Road 66 feet; <br /> thence East 303 feet; thence Southerly 421 feet; thence West 250 feet; thence S05° 27' <br /> West 100 feet; thence S80°East 750 feet; thence North 700 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 19, and part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of <br /> Section 20, all in the Town of Berry described as follows: <br /> TO A-2: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the said SW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence West <br /> 2100 feet; thence South 700 feet; thence S80° East 2100 feet; thence North 900 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERl'TF'lED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
