CALL TO ORDER <br /> Meeting called to order by Chairperson Johnson at 6:30 P.M.in room 2D City-County Building. <br /> II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Motion by Anderson/Hendrick to approve the minutes of the August 10, 1999 meeting; carried 4-0. Kuhn <br /> absent. <br /> Motion by Anderson/Cornwell to approve the minutes of the August 24, 1999 meeting as amended;carried 4- <br /> 0. <br /> III. PUBLIC COMMENT: <br /> None <br /> IV. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM <br /> PREVIOUS <br /> HEARINGS <br /> 1. PETITION#7630 by Richard&Beverly S.Yaun to change the zoning from A-1 EX Exclusive Agricultural to <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes on property located at 9366 County Highway G in part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 and SE 1/4 SW <br /> 1/4 Section 32,Town of Primrose. <br /> Motion by Cornwell/Hendrick to postpone action to a future meeting; carried 4-0.Kuhn absent. <br /> 2. PETITION#7631 by Dane Corporation to change the zoning from A-3 Agricultural to R-3A Residential on <br /> property located at 4390 Gray Road in part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 20,Town of Windsor. <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Cornwell to approve subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1). Completion of an impact study by John Kittleson of the impact of the storm water plan on the integrity of the <br /> wetland with no negative impact on Lots 1,2 and Outlot#2 of Holland fields. <br /> 2). Approval and issuance of permits by the Army Corps of Engineers,DNR and Dane County for the portion of the <br /> plan affecting the wetlands. <br /> 3). Regional Planning Commission,or other planning agency with jurisdiction,approval of removal of the <br /> environmental corridor or reduction in the size of the corridor to the easements set forth on the storm water plan. <br /> 4). Holland Fields Plat being recorded by July 27, 1999. <br /> 5). Dane Corp.entering into a Development Agreement codifying the plan and these conditions. <br /> 6). DeWitt entering into an Amendment to the Holland Fields Development Agreement codifying the plan and these <br /> conditions. <br /> 7). Dane Corp.agreeing to pay the first$25,000 of costs associated with the engineering and legal costs and <br /> improvements from the Gardner east property line to the wetlands,additional construction costs for any additional <br /> construction required in the wetlands and approximately 150 feet of additional 42"pipe from Rembrandt Road across <br /> Lot#137,with the Town agreeing to pay up to the second$60,000 of costs,and Dane Corp.agreeing to pay any <br /> amount over$85,000. <br />
