DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO.7205 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Rutland. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the A-2(8) Agricultural District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 7205/1492 <br /> A parcel located in the NW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of Section 14, Town of Rutland, described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the center of Section 14;thence S02°32'57"East 1062.09 <br /> feet;thence N89°43'00"East 840.93 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue <br /> N89°43'00"East 490.00 feet;thence S02°24'32"East 270.19 feet;thence N89°43'00" <br /> East 66.05 feet;thence NO2°24'32"West 272.64 feet;thence along the arc of a curve <br /> concaved Southwesterly having a radius of 66.00 feet and a long chord bearing <br /> N47°24'32"West 93.34 feet;thence NO2°24'32"West 614.00 feet;thence S89°43'00" <br /> West 490.00 feet;thence S02°24'32"East 680.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REOUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.Prohibit further residential development on parcels 0510-144-8500-5,0510-141-9000-1,and 0510-141- <br /> 8500-8. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site.Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and <br /> void. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1Xa),(b),(c). <br />
