DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7252 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Blue Mounds. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7252 <br /> That part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Blue Mounds described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 33; thence N00°15'54" <br /> East, 1472.13 feet to the point of beginning;thence N89°59'32"West, 1320.70 feet to the <br /> West line of said NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 33; thence N00°16'39"East along said West <br /> line, 483.87 feet to the Southwest corner of said CSM 8214; thence S88°52'56" East <br /> along the South line of said CSM 8214, 312.19 feet; thence N00°02'41"East along the <br /> East line of said CSM 8214, 348.36 feet to the centerline of Mayflower Road and the <br /> Northeast corner of said CSM 8214; thence N 84°25'57" East along said centerline, <br /> 506.33 feet to the point of curvature of a 1665.54 feet radius centerline curve to the right; <br /> thence Northeasterly 178.37 feet along the arc of said centerline curve, making a central <br /> angle of 06°08'10"and a long chord of 178.28 feet that bears N 87°30'02"East; thence <br /> S89°25'53"East along said centerline, 93.05 feet to the point of curvature of a 712.71 <br /> feet radius centerline curve to the right; thence Southeasterly 239.64 feet along the arc of <br /> said centerline curve, making a central angle of 19°15'55"and a long chord of 238.52 feet <br /> that bears S79°47'56"East to the East line of said NE 1/4 SE 1/4; thence S00° 15'54" <br /> West along said East line, 840.05 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CER MED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for'which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> (Y\ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
