Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1502 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Limited Family Business - advertising consultant. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 6/23/98 EXPIRATION DATE: See below <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> A parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 17, Town <br /> of Middleton, described as follows: Also, being part of Lot #2, <br /> Certified Survey Map #8429 described as follows: Beginning at <br /> the Southwesterly right-of-way corner of said Lot #2, Certified <br /> Survey Map #8429, thence N00°10' 42" West, 375. 00 feet; thence <br /> S88°46' 41" East, 409.33 feet; thence S00°10' 42" East 375. 00 feet; <br /> thence N88°46' 41" West, 409.33 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1) . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br />
