EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 6/23/98 EXPIRATION DATE: See below THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: A parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Middleton, described as follows: Also, being part of Lot #2, Certified Survey Map #8429 described as follows: Beginning at the Southwesterly right-of-way corner of said Lot #2, Certified Survey Map #8429, thence N00°10' 42" West, 375. 00 feet; thence S88°46' 41" East, 409.33 feet; thence S00°10' 42" East 375. 00 feet; thence N88°46' 41" West, 409.33 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONS: These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit. 1) . The barn must comply with all applicable building codes before it can be used. 2) . No retail trade is to occur on the property. THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use.
