MEMO
DATE: May 26, 1998
TO: Ruth Klahn, Clerk
Town Board Members
RE: Plan Commission Recommendation for Petition #7255
*************************************************************************
The Plan Commission recommends approval of Petition #7255.
The Land Use Plan criteria, as discussed at the Plan Commission meeting, is
attached.
Driveway concern as discussed prior to recommendation for rezone, as follows:
• The Petitioner has identified the driveway, although not along a fenceline, as
the most appropriate site. The Petitioner has followed the delineation of the
existing farmhouse property- which of course is currently omitted from farm
machinery operation - and this would eliminate additional acreage being
taken from the western edge of the farm. This location would also eliminate
the field from an additional cut easterly, toward the gravel poll, where the
house is proposed to be sited. The Petitioner has made an effort to keep as
much land in active farm operation as is possible.
Plan Commission meeting minutes shall be attached for additional information
that may have been included.
