Mr. Jenkins would then build a new home for himself on the 2.066 <br /> acre R-1 zoned area immediately to the North. <br /> Note:Any new side or rear property line would need to be a minimum of 50 feet from the existing barn to <br /> permit its use for the housing of livestock in the RH District. <br /> Soils: <br /> Uses: 80%Cropland, 20%House,buildings &yard <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7255. Pending further comments at the public hearing,this petition appears reasonably <br /> consistent with adopted plan policies. <br /> We note that this is an unusual configuration.
