DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7255 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Oregon. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Oregon be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes and RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7255 <br /> A parcel of Land located in the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Oregon described <br /> as follows: <br /> RH-3: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 3, thence S85°30'00" <br /> West, along the South line of said NE 1/4, 2390.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> N04°30'00" West, 700.00 feet; thence N85°30'00" East, 525.00 feet; thence SO4°30'00" <br /> East, 700.00 feet to the South line of said NE 1/4; thence S85°30'00" West, along said <br /> South line, 525.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERlIHII)SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Oregon, described as <br /> „follows: <br /> RH 1: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 3,thence S85°30'00"West, <br /> along the South line of said NE 1/4, 2390.00 feet;thence N04°30'00"West, 700.00 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence S85°30'00" West, 70.00 feet; thence N04°30'00" West, 450.00 <br /> feet; thence N85°30'00 East, 200.00 feet; thence SO4°30'00" East, 450.00 feet; thence S85° <br /> 30'00"West, 130.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. That the driveway location be consistent with the wishes of the town. <br /> 2. That the proposed lot area remain the same but the reconfiguration be changed from <br /> 300 feet x 300 feet to 200 feet x 450 feet.It 6 0‘\ C€Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
