Dvorak and Laurie J. Dvorak as owners of Lot 3 of CSM 8116. This <br /> letter shall provide certain answers regarding the reason and need for this Rezone Petition. <br /> First, this land, Lot 3, CSM 8116, is served by a private well (shared with Gary Dvorak <br /> Lot 3 CSM 5906) and a private septic system. Second, the reason for this Petition is that <br /> the Dvoraks have moved their plumbing shop from Lot 3, CSM 8116 to Lot 7 of Deer Point <br /> Business Park (see CSM 8116 and Deer Point Business Park Plat for reference). They now <br /> wish to sell Lot 3, CSM 8116. The Dvoraks expect to enter into a contract to sell Lot 3 to <br /> B&B Investment Company, LLP shortly. To our knowledge, William Stark and B&B <br /> Investment Company, LLP intend to utilize the property for purposes of operating a body <br /> shop, specializing in automotive collision repair and paint work. The name they will do <br /> business under will be "B&B Investment Company". The transaction is set to close within days <br /> of approval of this Rezone Petition Application. The new owners would build a privacy <br /> fenced area to accommodate storage of damaged vehicles at rear of building. No other <br /> change to the building would be necessary. The improvements to this property (Lot 3 CSM <br /> 8116), to our knowledge,will take place shortly after closing.
