This proposed use change from a plumbing shop to a body shop could be <br /> accommodated in this commercial area in the Town of Rutland with some conditions. <br /> Due to the nature of the body shop business,there could be multiple vehicles parked outdoors waiting <br /> for repair. Since this is the only commercial area in the town and the northern entrance to Stoughton, <br /> there may need to be a limitation on the number of vehicles on-site, or indoor storage, or some form of <br /> screening of the parking area for these vehicles. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> Petition 7026.
