We are asking you to consider this land to be rezoned. The land will be used for the <br /> residence of Amy Christofferson and Brian Juve. At this time the land is owned by <br /> Roger and Karen Juve. We are attempting to begin the building of our home in the fall <br /> of 1997 with completion in the spring or summer of 1998. We have requested and the <br /> Township of Pleasant Springs has given us preliminary approval for this to be rezoned <br /> to RH-2. We are asking for this type of rezone with the intent of raising sheep on a <br /> portion of this land. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. <br />
