The 40.3 acre parcel is currently <br /> listed as farmland but has never been farmed. It is entirely made up of woods. It is my intent to build a <br /> modest size log home on a 3 acre portion of the parcel that is to be used as my retirement home with the <br /> remainder of the land being left as woods. <br /> James E.
