The actual use of the building as constructed -- storage, <br /> detail work and minor engine work on classic and collector's cars -- is not per- <br /> mitted in the LC-1 Limited Commercial Zoning District. <br /> As we discussed when I inspected the building site on 2/6/92, an appropriate <br /> zoning for this use would be A-2(8) Agriculture (8-16 acres) with a Conditional <br /> Use Permit for a Limited Family Business. I have enclosed an instruction sheet <br /> and copies of the pertinent sections of the Zoning Ordinance.
