DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7034 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Vermont. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7034 <br /> A part of the W 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 15, and part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 16, <br /> Town of Vermont described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said <br /> Section 15; thence N 00° 46' 02"East 568.95 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 76° <br /> 54' 20"West 316.06 feet; thence N 00° 46' 02"East 737.61 feet; thence N 88° 30' 00" <br /> East 373.15 feet; thence N 00° 46' 02"East 103.13 feet; thence East 244.60 feet; thence <br /> along a curve to the right of radius 152.00 feet and a long chord of N 27° 01' 24"East <br /> 129.65 feet; thence N 52° 16' 00"East 187.07 feet to a point on the centerline of Bakken- <br /> Stenli Road; thence along said centerline on a curve to the right of radius 1300.00 feet and <br /> a long chord of S 34° 19' 25"East 546.06 feet; thence along said centerline S 22° 12' 00" <br /> East 119.55 feet; thence S 71° 04' 58" West 548.84 feet; thence S 36° 19' 08" West <br /> 160.61 feet; thence S 62° 20' 00" West 301.05 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. To prohibit any further divisions of the rezone area. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site.Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and <br /> void. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
