WHEREAS, is/are the owner/s of the following described land in the Town of Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 10, and part of the E 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 15, all in Town of Blue Mounds described as follows : TO A-2 (1) : Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 10; thence Westerly along the South line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 10, 241 . 90 feet to the point of beginning; thence Southerly, parallel with the East line 164 feet of the NE 1/4 of said Section 15, to the Northerly right-of-way line of USH 18- 151; thence Northwesterly 459± feet along said Northerly right- of-way line to the West line of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the said Section 15; thence Northerly 13± feet along said West line to the North line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 15; thence Northerly 173± feet along the West line of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 10 to a point on a curve on the Southerly right-of-way line of the "Bike Trail" presently owned by the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources; thence Southeasterly 442 feet, more or less, along said Southerly right-of-way line and the arc of a curve to the left, said arc having a radius of 1, 004 . 93 feet, to the Westerly right-of-way line of State Highway 78; thence S 48° 09' 35" East, 3 . 00 feet; thence Southerly, 69. 8 feet, more or less, to the South line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 10 and the point of beginning.
