DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7035 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Blue Mounds. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the A-2(1) Agricultural <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7035 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 10, and part of the E 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section <br /> 15, all in Town of Blue Mounds described as follows: <br /> TO A-2(1): Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 10; thence Westerly <br /> along the South line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 10, 241.90 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence Southerly, parallel with the East line 164 feet of the NE 1/4 of said <br /> Section 15, to the Northerly right-of-way line of USH 18-151; thence Northwesterly 459± <br /> feet along said Northerly right-of-way line to the West line of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of <br /> the NE 1/4 of the said Section 15; thence Northerly 13± feet along said West line to the <br /> North line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 15; thence Northerly 173± feet along the West <br /> line of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 10 to a point on a curve on <br /> the Southerly right-of-way line of the "Bike Trail" presently owned by the State of <br /> Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources; thence Southeasterly 442 feet, more or less, <br /> along said Southerly right-of-way line and the arc of a curve to the left, said arc having a <br /> radius of 1,004.93 feet, to the Westerly right-of-way line of State Highway 78; thence S <br /> 48° 09' 35" East, 3.00 feet; thence Southerly, 69.8 feet, more or less, to the South line of <br /> the SE 1/4 of said Section 10 and the point of beginning. <br /> Also, commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 15; thence Westerly along the <br /> North line of said Section 15 to the West line of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4; <br /> thence Southerly along said West line to a point on the Southerly right-of-way State <br /> Highway 18-151 and the point of beginning; thence S 38° 49' 01" East along said <br /> Southerly right-of-way line, 168.79 feet, more or less, to a point of curvature; thence <br /> Southeasterly along the arc of a curve to the left and along said Southerly right-of-way <br /> line, said curve having a radius of 1014.93 feet and along chord bearing S 48° 57' 14" <br /> East, 443.30 feet, more or less; thence N 87° 48' 28" West, 101.37 feet to a point of <br /> curvature; thence Westerly along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 1824.86 <br /> feet and a long chord bearing N 82° 30' 39" West, 336.93 feet to the West line of the <br /> E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 15; thence Northerly along said West <br /> line, 374.85 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
