DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7041 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the A-2(8) Agricultural District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7041 Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4, of Section 12, Town of Deerfield described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of Section 12; thence N 00° 29' 19" West a distance of 1536.39 feet being the Southwest corner of Lot one (1) CSM 8555. Thence Southeasterly along the South line of said lot to the Southeast corner of Lot #1, CSM #8555 being the point of beginning; thence continuing Southeasterly along the North right-of-way line of County Highway BB a distance of 850 feet to a point; thence N 00° 29' 19" West a distnace of 790 feet to a point; thence N 89° 41' 08" West a distance of 830 more or less; thence S 00° 29' 19" East a distance of 140 feet',more or less to the Northeast corner of CSM #8555; thence continuing Southerly along the Easterly line of CSM#8555 a distance of 540 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED t The above listed description/s Ware intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and%old.
