DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7041 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the A-2(8) Agricultural District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7041 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4, of Section 12, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of Section 12; thence N 00° 29' 19" West a <br /> distance of 1536.39 feet being the Southwest corner of Lot one (1) CSM 8555. Thence <br /> Southeasterly along the South line of said lot to the Southeast corner of Lot #1, CSM <br /> #8555 being the point of beginning; thence continuing Southeasterly along the North <br /> right-of-way line of County Highway BB a distance of 850 feet to a point; thence N 00° <br /> 29' 19" West a distnace of 790 feet to a point; thence N 89° 41' 08" West a distance of <br /> 830 more or less; thence S 00° 29' 19" East a distance of 140 feet',more or less to the <br /> Northeast corner of CSM #8555; thence continuing Southerly along the Easterly line of <br /> CSM#8555 a distance of 540 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> t <br /> The above listed description/s Ware intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and%old. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> ivk\ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
