DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7042 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Middleton. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Middleton be amended to include in the R-2 Residential District's <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7042 <br /> Part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and Northeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/4 of <br /> Section 4, Township 7 North, Range 8 East, Town of Middleton, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of said <br /> Section 4; thence North 87° 05' East 127 feet along the North line of said Northeast 1/4 <br /> of Southeast 1/4 thence South 2° 15' East 157 feet thence South 87° 05' West 132 feet <br /> thence North 2° 15' West 157 feet to a point on the North line of the Northeast 1/4 of <br /> Southwest 1/4 of Section 4; thence North 87° 05' East 5 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> \r% <br /> \r )-- <br /> i <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
