The addition to his home <br /> is 38' from the rear yard lot line. R-2 zoning contains a rear yard set back of 35'. <br /> Steve Berg of Ziegler Court appeared and indicated that he did not object to the rezoning. <br /> Supervisor Held noted that because Mr. Dresan owns the property to the rear of his parcel, he <br /> would be the principal objecting party to the lack of the set back under A-1. <br /> Supervisor Mueller moved, seconded by Supervisor Bakken, to close the Public Hearing at <br /> 8:30 PM. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br />
