I walked through the <br /> existing kennel and was surprised to find new water supply and waste plumbing roughed in <br /> and a well within the building. The plumbing would require State Plan Approval through <br /> COMM and a private sewage system permit issued prior to installation of the interior <br /> plumbing. Wisconsin well code does not allow a well to be inside a building. <br /> Before proceeding any further with this building renovation,remodeling or addition, you <br /> must rectify these matters.
