Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1457 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: The conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Amend Conditions of C.U.P. #1364 to allow dog training at a <br /> kennel facility. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 1/6/98 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 31, Town of Sun Prairie <br /> described as follows: The South 850 feet of the East 400 feet of <br /> the NW 1/4 SE 1/4, lying North of right-of-way of CTH TT. <br /> Also, Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 31, Town of Sun Prairie <br /> described as follows : The North 200 feet of the South 850 feet <br /> of the West 500 feet of the East 900 feet of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4, <br /> lying North of right-of-way of CTH TT. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1. Kennel operation limited to 100 dogs. <br /> 2. Boarding kennel, retail sales of pet supplies, food and related items. <br /> 3. Training of dogs. <br /> 4. Fence property sufficiently to keep dogs off neighboring property. <br /> 5. Use of bark collars as necessary to minimize barking during training, feeding, cleaning and <br /> lawnmowing and all other times as necessary. <br /> 6. Install sound deadening material in all completed kennel and training facilities, by September <br /> 30, 1998 per applicants submitted standards. <br /> 7. Keep business sign visible to minimize driveway confusion. <br /> ' 8. Soak or seal driveway to minmize dust. <br /> 9. Inform customers and delivery personnel to drive slowly and avoid neighbors driveways. <br /> 10.No outdoor dog training before 9:00 A.M. and no outdoor dog training after 8:00 P.M. (4:30 <br /> P.M. on Saturdays& Sundays). <br /> 11. Submittal of a revised waste management plan, for 100 dogs, reviewed and approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br />
