As the report indicates,the Town Board denied the <br /> request. However, it is our understanding that Mr.Noltner intends to amend the petition by <br /> limiting the C-2 zoning to one building with at least the following restrictions: <br /> -The C-2 zoning would be limited to storage of government owned equipment. <br /> -A maximum of three (3) governmental entities would be allowed to lease space in the <br /> building at any given time. <br /> -A maximum of 20 pieces of equipment would be allowed to be stored by all leasing <br /> governmental entities. <br /> -Equipment could be moved to and from the building only during the hours of 8:00 AM- <br /> 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. <br /> -The building would be secured and access restricted to the property owner and <br /> authorized personnel from the governmental lessors. <br /> It is further our understanding that Mr. Noltner will seek to rezone two (2) additional building <br /> to LC-1. The remainder of the property will remain zoned A-1. Finally, we understand that Mr. <br /> Noltner is currently meeting with adjacent property owners in an attempt to gain their <br /> concurrence with the amended petition. The amended petition will be placed on the Town <br /> Board's agenda for December 15, 1997. <br /> We appreciate your office's assistance and cooperation in this matter.
