This proposed residential division raises concerns with adopted town/county policies in <br /> the Town of Verona. <br /> The map designation is an agricultural land preservation area and the relevant policy is: "Non-farm <br /> residential development by certified survey in those areas with soils not classified as prime farmland at <br /> a density of one lot per 35 contiguous acres owned, with a minimum lot size of 2 acres will be <br /> considered for rezoning. <br /> With a parcel of 37 acres, one could rationalize one division or lot creation as proposed. However, <br /> there are residential buildings with multi-family use on the proposed RH-4 parcel.
