Parcel has an existing private <br /> entrance. No apparent problems. <br /> Petition 7046. CTH "J" is not a controlled access highway. Any changes to existing <br /> accesses or new access points requires a permit from the area maintenance <br /> supervisor. Accesses should be made joint with existing land use as much as possible. <br /> Petition 7047. CTH "PB" is a controlled access highway. Parcel has an existing <br /> commercial access. No apparent problems. <br /> C.U.P. 1459. CTH "N" is a controlled access highway. Access issues were resolved <br /> with Controlled Access Permit 97-09. They are to relocate existing access point to <br /> accommodate new facility. <br /> Petition 7052. CTH "A" is not a controlled access highway.
