DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7046 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the R-1A, R-1 Residential and <br /> C-2 Commercial Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7046 <br /> To R-1: A parcel of land located located in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 27, Town <br /> of Cross Plains, commencing at the South 1/4 corner of said Section 27, thence N 89° 46'25" <br /> W, 948.39 feet, thence N 0° 29'41"W 38.28 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue <br /> N 0°29'41"W, 154.81 feet;thence N 89°57'03"E, 146.40 feet;thence S 0°29'41"E 153.89 <br /> feet;thence S 89°35'25"W, 146.39 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> To R1-A: A parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 27, Town of <br /> Cross Plains, to-wit, beginning at the South 1/4 corner; thence N 0° 14'46"W 219.51 feet; <br /> thence S 89° 23'00"W, 213.08 feet; thence S 54°42'41"W, 58.38 feet; thence S 30° 27'43" <br /> W, 97.26 feet;thence S 17° 28'21"W, 68.51 feet; thence S 0° 13'34"W, 33.00 feet; thence S <br /> 89°46'26"E, 331.68 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
