A• DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7047 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Montrose. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial and A-1 EX Exclusive Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7047 C-2: That part of the NE 1/4 and SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Montrose, described as follows: Commencing at the NE corner of said Section 10; thence S 89° 44'00" W along the North line of Section 10, 1040.80'; thence South 784.90'; thence S 45° 45'20"W, 405.00';•thence S 49° 29'40"E, 33.14' to the point of beginning; thence S 49° 29'40"E, 357.21'; thence S 27° 49'27"W, 25.75', thence N 45° 32'01"W, 363.74' to the point of beginning.
