She told <br /> the commission they wanted to build a garage on the property. Your office told her she could not <br /> get a zoning permit for the garage unless they divide existing parcel into (2) lots for residential <br /> use. The original petition called for the R-1 parcel to be .68 acre. Both the plan commission and <br /> the town board tabled this petition until the increased the lot size, when they did this the petition <br /> was approved by the township. The original RH-3 was rezoned out of Al- excl in March of 1994 <br /> by the Engsberg's petition request request # 5881.
