DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6575 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Albion. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6575 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 26, Town of Albion described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 26; thence S 00° 45' 08" West on <br /> the West Section line, 443.1 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence S 89° 15' <br /> East, 632.92 feet to I-90 right-of-way; thence Southeasterly on right-of-way on 22803.33 <br /> feet radius curve to the right, chord beginning S 3973_3_142"42" East, 434.1 feet more or less; <br /> thence N 89° 15' West, 657.48 feet to East line Lott of CSM#7490; thence N 01° 08' <br /> 44" East, 150 feet more or less to Northeast corner of said Lot #1; thence N 89° 15' West <br /> along North line of said Lot #1; 257.34 feet to Northwest corner of said Lot #1; thence N <br /> 00° 45' 08" East on Section line, 181.1 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances.
