DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7057 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Blue Mounds. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: - That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7057 <br /> Part of Lot #2, Certified Survey Map #6223, located in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of <br /> Section 24, Town of Blue Mounds described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast <br /> corner of Lot #3, of the said Certified Survey Map #6223, in the centerline of CTH 7G; <br /> thence due West 300.00 feet; thence S 00° 17' 14" East 80.00 feet; thence due East <br /> 300.00 feet; thence N 00° 17' 14" West 80.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> V \11(- )Z <br /> • <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
