The parcel was purchased for use of a new mound septic system for <br /> our new home construction to begin early this fall. The acquisition of this adjacent piece <br /> of land allowed us to have a percable site. The Dane County Division of Public Health has <br /> issued a permit no. 286416 97-0451 and a PLB 68 Sanitary Permit to our installer Gary <br /> Kranig of Albany, WI. <br /> The new home and street access is being constructed sole on our existing property zoned <br /> as RH1. When completed, this new home will be the only place of residence on this <br /> property. <br /> /4-4-4421 <br />
