Webcrafters did not oppose the rezoning, but is concerned with the storm water <br /> management/erosion control of this area,particularly the Kennedy property. The Kennedy parcel <br /> drains to a drainage ditch, which flows into a culvert through the railroad right of way into Webcrafters <br /> property. Webcrafters has a wetland and storm water detention basin on their property that the water <br /> from the Kennedy property flows into. <br /> Webcrafters is concerned with the impact of this storm water and its effect on their wetlands and <br /> detention basin.
