DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7059 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Mazomanie. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the A-2(4) Agricultural <br /> Districts and RH-3 Rural Homes and RH-4 Rural Homes District/s the following <br /> described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7059 <br /> A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 36, Town of Mazomanie <br /> described as follows: <br /> TO A-2(4): Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 36; thence N 00° <br /> 07' 59" West, 695.12 feet; thence S 76°43' 47"East, 420 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Thence N 05° 32' 30" East, 479.85 feet; thence N 89° 55' 17" East, 470.00 feet; thence <br /> S 24° 12' 45" West 594.69 feet; thence N 76° 43' 47" West 269.37 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 36, Town of Mazomanie <br /> described as follows: <br /> TO RH-3: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 36, thence N 00° <br /> 07' 59" West, 695.12 feet; thence S 76° 43' 47" East, 420 feet; thence N 05° 32' 30" <br /> East, 479.85 feet; thence N 89° 55' 17" East, 470.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Thence N 08° 05' 21" East, 430.00 feet; thence N 89° 55' 17" East, 330.00 feet; thence <br /> S 00° 02' 20" East, 1126.70 feet; thence N 84° 23' 57" West, 79.06 feet;thence N 73° <br /> 11' 19" West, 293.28 feet; thence N 76° 38' 43" West, 293.90 feet; thence N 24° 12' <br /> 45"East, 594.69 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 and NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and also part of the SW <br /> 1/4 of the NE 1/4, all in Section 36, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: <br /> TO RH-4: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 36; thence N 00° <br /> 07' 59" West, 695.12 feet; thence S 76° 43' 47" East, 420.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. Thence S 89° 55' 17" West, 16.52 feet; thence Northeasterly along the <br /> centerline of Shower Road 2500 feet; thence N 89° 55' 17" East 245 feet; thence S 00° <br /> 02' 20" East, 1947 feet; thence S 89° 55' 17" West 330.00 feet; thence S 08° 05' 21" <br /> West 430.00 feet; thence S 89° 55' 17" West 470 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
