• <br /> Revised Density Study Summary for Rezone #7060 <br /> November 1997 Public Hearing <br /> The land being considered for rezone was under the ownership of <br /> Lawrence Sutter at the time of A-1 Ex adoption by the Town of Blue Mounds <br /> (8/26/80), consisting of 96 acres. There have been two splits on what <br /> constituted the original farm - one lot is a CSM (CSM 8041 - December 1995) <br /> and the other split resulted in two zoning lots which are both over 35 acres of <br /> land zoned exclusive agriculture A-1 Ex, one of which is owned by Jeff Sutter and <br /> the other is owned by Gary Sutter. There is no mention in the Blue Mounds land <br /> use plan pertaining to fractional splits being allowed. <br /> There are also 119.2 acres of noncontiguous land to the northwest now <br /> under the ownership of Gary Sutter which were part of the original Lawrence <br /> Sutter farm at the time of A-1 Ex adoption by the town. There have been no <br /> splits on this land. See attached map for additional information. <br />
