. <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7060 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Blue Mounds. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes and <br /> RH-4 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7060 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 25, NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 35, and NW 1/4 <br /> NW 1/4 Section 36, Town of Blue Mounds, described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 25; thence North 500 <br /> feet to the point of beginning; thence East 892 feet; thence S 24° 06' 185 feet; thence <br /> Southwesterly along Town Road 250 feet; thence N 80° West 800 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. Also, part NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 35 and NW 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 36, <br /> described thusly: Commencing at the Northeast corner Section 35; thence West 215 feet; <br /> thence S 53° 14' West 142 feet to point of beginning; Thence S 53° 14' West 280 feet; <br /> thence S 17° 29' East 520 feet; thence N 89° 09' East 537 feet; thence N 44° 32' East 590 <br /> feet; thence Northeasterly along Town Road 220 feet; thence S 44° 32' West 800 feet; <br /> thence S 89° 09' West 210 feet; thence N 17° 29' West 650 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-4: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the said Section 35; thence North 500 <br /> feet; thence S 80°East 800 feet; thence Southwesterly along Town Road 450 feet; thence <br /> S 44° 32' West 800 feet; thence S 89° 09' West 210 feet; thence N 17° 29' West 650 feet; <br /> thence N 53° 14' East 142 feet; thence East 215 feet to point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies-of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning <br /> 4\ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
