The <br /> proceeds from the sales will go towards paying off farm debt. This will <br /> also allow me to expand the farm operation by allowing me to <br /> purchase additional land. I was told by Dane County staff at the time <br /> of the application that the center lot would have to be rezoned to RH- <br /> 4. That should be A-1 . <br /> The real estate contract that was mentioned at the hearing, was <br /> signed after the the Town Boards approval. The listing agent is also <br /> on the Planning Commission. I would be happy to provide copies of <br /> the listing contract to you. <br /> Some of my family objected to the rezoning petition. My Brother, <br /> who objected at hearing is a lien holder on the property and also has a <br /> offer on one of the lots? Town of Blue Mounds: A statement at the public hearing <br /> was made that the Town meetings on this petition were not published. <br /> I can varify,with copies, that this was done properly. This petition was <br /> advertised in the Mt.Horeb Mail and also in the Town and Country <br /> Shopper that is delivered free to the entire township. <br /> The Town Board hearing and the Planning Commission meetings <br /> were held and no one appeared in opposition. When the Countys <br /> notice to the neighbors was sent out one neighbor seemed to interpet <br /> the map as a 9 unit "subdivision" and notified many neighbors of this. <br />
