DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7062 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Mazomanie. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7062 <br /> A part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 and the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 15, Town of Mazomanie <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 15; thence <br /> North 89° 24' 40" East, 2247.44 feet along the East-West quarter line of said Section 15 <br /> to a point on the East right-of-way line of STH 78; thence S 01° 16' 20" West, 470.01 <br /> feet along said right-of-way to the point of beginning; thence N 89° 45' 51" East, 1027.00 <br /> feet; thence S 01° 16' 20" West, 484.00 feet; thence S 89° 45' 51" West, 307.50 feet; <br /> thence N 01° 16' 20" East, 250.00 feet; thence S 89° 45' 51" West, 180.00 feet; thence <br /> N 48° 00' 00" West, 250.00 feet; thence S 89° 45' 51" West, 350.00 feet; thence N 01° <br /> 16' 20" East, 66.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDTITONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERiIF ED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> O`D <br /> 4\0;\ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
