EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 6/9/98 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Part of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Middleton described as follows: Commencing 405.5 feet South of the Northeast corner; thence West 231 feet; thence South 187.2 feet; thence East 231 feet; thence North 187.2 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONS: These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit. 1. One owner, part-time, no employees. 2. Hours of operation; 20-25 hours per week, flexible hours over 3-4 day period. 3. Hours of operations no earlier than 8:00 A.M. and no later than 9:00 P.M. 4. Maximum cars per day 5 in a 7 hour day. 5.No signage to indicate a business which is located over 180 feet from Twin Valley Road and is secluded by trees and vegetation. 6. There never has been or will be another business at this location. 7. Building permits for structure are on file issued May, 1991. 8. The building also houses a craft and hobby studio in garage area, this is not a business, it is personal uses work shop only. 9. Salon is a part-time business only,with no expansion in the furture, established to insure financial support for future family plans. 10. A 12 foot high fence has been built at the request of the neighbors to the south to insure more privacy, in addition over 100 feet of heavily wooded lot(Wayne Rounds property) seperates the two properties, pine trees are being planted along fence line in the spring.
