The Plan Commission and Town Board need to address the CUP application with a clear <br /> understanding that a consistent policy must be developed regarding such requests. As I have <br /> indicated on several occasions in the recent past,a substantial number of similar requests <br /> involving rezoning and/or conditional use permits will be forthcoming in the near future. <br /> I urge you to consider the CUP application carefully and in concert with an overall Town <br /> policy. <br />
