DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7038 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cottage Grove. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes Districtls the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7038 A parcel located in the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 33,Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 33; thence N 00° 58' West, 264 feet±; thence S 89° 02' West, 57 feet± to the point of beginning; thence S 01° 26' East, 25 feet±; thence S 85° 12' West, 397 feet±; South, 140 feet±; thence S 89° 18' West, 365 feet±; Nortwesterly 525 feet± along the arc of a 2,794.79 feet radius curve to the right chord bearing N 85° 13' West, 525 feet ±; thence N 01° 05' West, 495 feet ±; thence S 77° 18' East, 766 feet ±; thence S 69° 29' East, 342 feet ±; thence S 78° 14' East, 232 feet±to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment wirbecome effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
