AFFIDAVIT FOR CORRECTION <br /> In re: Lot 1, Certified Survey Map Number 8789, recorded <br /> January 9, 1998 in Vol. 48 of Certified Survey Maps, <br /> Pages 292, 293, and 294 as Document number <br /> 2922478 being a part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and <br /> also located, in fact, in part of the SW 1/4 of the <br /> NE 1/4 in Section 33, T 7 N, R 11 E, Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> STATE OF WISCONSIN ) <br /> ss. <br /> COUNTY OF DANE ) RETURN TO: <br /> ABEX Survey Company <br /> 101 E. Main St., P.O. Box 369 <br /> Cambridge, WI 53523 <br /> PARCEL NO. 09-071133197008 <br /> 1. Glen L. Northrop, being duly sworn, on oath deposes and says that he is the registered land <br /> surveyor who prepared the above referenced Certified Survey Map Number 8789. <br /> 2. That after said Certified Survey Map was recorded, Dane County Title Company, represented <br /> by Robert Carlson, notified Glen L. Northrop that it appeared that the west line of said <br /> Certified Survey Map Number 8789 was same 14' more or less too far west and not on the <br /> title line of the west line of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 as it is set forth on said Certified Survey <br /> Map Number 8789. <br /> 3. That Glen L. Northrop, upon reviewing computations made for the survey, did find a <br /> computation error which resulted in locating, staking and mapping the west boundary of said <br /> Certified Survey Map 14.25' west of the title line on the 1/4 - '/4 line. <br /> 4. That a new Certified Survey Map was recorded to correct the location of said west boundary <br /> to be on the west line of the SE 1/4 of the NE '/., the title line, and the intended west boundary, <br /> of this survey. <br /> 5. That the purpose of this Affidavit is to set forth, for the public record, the facts concerning <br /> the reason for re-recording a new Certified Survey Map to correct errors on the <br /> aforementioned Certified Survey Map Number 8789. <br /> 6.
