We noticed a <br /> couple of errors. The intersection is east of the village not west as stated in the first <br /> paragraph. The pavement width on CTH "BB" is 30 feet with 5-foot gravel shoulders. <br /> Based on the planned development, we require the improvement of the Kennedy Road <br /> and CTH "BB" to a Type "A" intersection with a passing lane. An approved plan, <br /> including cross sections, from our department will be required prior to the issuing of a <br /> permit for construction.
