ALLAN C PECKHAM 5887068 P. 05 <br /> Vehicular Traffic In the interest of public safety, the operation of motor vehicles on the <br /> described easement real estate shall be in accordance with the rules of the road of the State of <br /> Wisconsin as contained in Chapter 346 of the Wisconsin Statutes. The owners of Parcels A, B and C <br /> are authorized to promulgate reasonable rules and regulations governing motor vehicle traffic <br /> including reasonable safety measures and speed limits on the described easement real estate. <br /> Disputes In the event of the commencement of any litigation with respect to any provision <br /> of this Easement & Maintenance Agreement or the interpretation thereof, and which litigation is <br /> contested, the person or persons prevailing in such litigation shall be entitled to be reimbursed for the <br /> reasonable attorney fees, costs and disbursements actually incurred in such litigation from the person <br /> or persons not prevailing. <br /> Easement Bindig This Easement&Maintenance Agreement is binding upon and inures to <br /> the benefit of each owner of said Parcels A, B and C their heirs, personal representatives, successors <br /> and assigns and the conveyance of any said parcels shall automatically subject the grantee to the <br /> provisions of this Easement&Maintenance Agreement. <br /> Dated this day of November, 1997. <br /> _(SEAL) <br /> Vernon Halverson <br /> (SEAL) <br /> John M.
