DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7070 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> Districts the following described land: <br /> PETH ION NUMBER: 7070 ' <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 33; thence S 86° 56' 55" West <br /> (recorded as S 86° 05' 19" West), along the North line of the Southeast quarter of said <br /> Section 33, 1617.64 feet; thence continuing S 86° 55' 55" West, 521.22 feet along said <br /> North line; thence continuing S 86° 56' 55" West, 66.15 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence S 00° 51' 36" West, 400.94 feet along a line which is 66 feet Westerly of and <br /> parallel to the West line of Lot #2 of CSM#8617; thence S 87° 23' 52" West, 68.09 feet <br /> to the Southeast corner of Lot #1, CSM #8617; thence N 02° 24' 10" East, 401.28 feet <br /> along the Easterly line of said Lot#1 to a point on said North line of the Southeast quarter <br /> of Section 33; thence N 86° 56' 55" East, 57.30 feet along said North line to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> % f <br /> 0 / <br /> k‘i % <br /> 1 a <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
