Such restriction would exc de <br /> all other allowable uses and conditional uses including those allowed in the C-1 District. <br /> -- The Plan Committee further recommended that restrictions be placed on theremainder of e <br /> parcel to be zoned A-2 which would allow only permitted uses: (a)Agricultural uses; (b) Single <br /> family detached residences; (c) Utility services; (d)Home occupations as defined in <br /> s. 10.01 (25); and(e)Accessory buildings and conditions 1 & 2 for accessory buildings.
