ALLAN C PECKHAM 5887068 P. 02 <br /> EASEMENT & MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br /> This Easement &Maintenance Agreement is created and made by Vernon L. Halverson, John <br /> M. Halverson and Dennis A. Halverson, as tenants in common, herein called Grantor, for the benefit <br /> of parcels A, B and C the legal descriptions of which are attached hereto. <br /> Grant of Easement Grantor does hereby create, establish, dedicate and grant easements for <br /> the purposes hereinafter set forth over, across and under the following described real estate in Dane <br /> County, State of Wisconsin: <br /> See Legal Description Attached Hereto. <br /> Grantor may in their exclusive discretion and at their own expense, relocate that part of the <br /> described easement that crosses the NE3/4-SW1/4 of Section 25, Township 8 North, Range 6 East, <br /> Town of Black Earth, Dane County, Wisconsin so long as any portion of said easement that is <br /> relocated shall be dedicated and accepted as a public street or highway.
