NUMBER: 7073/1464 A part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Medina described as follows: TO RH-2: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the NE 1/4 of said Section 18; thence N 00° 00' 00”East, 179.01 feet to the centerline of County Highway TT; thence p along the said centerline, N 47° 57' East, 452.20 feet to the point, thence continuing alogn said centerline,N 43° 10' 15" East, 10.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing along said centerline, N 43° 10' 53"East, 332.58 feet to a bend point; thence continuing along said centerline,N 41° 54' 15"East, 356.22 feet; thence S 48° 05' 45" East, 406.00 feet; thence S 41° 54' 15"West, 705.80 feet;thence N 46°49' 45" West, 418.00 feet to the centerline of said CTH TT and the point of beginning. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERIwu D SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
