I had presumed the boarding facility <br /> would be intended for animals that needed to be held for observation <br /> or recuperation. If the kennel will be operated as a business other <br /> than boarding animals as part of the veterinary practice it is likely <br /> it will be large enough to merit consideration of the provisions for <br /> animal waste removal and control of insect or rodent pests. I would <br /> not anticipate complaints related to noise or odors from the kennels <br /> at the present time due to the distance to the closest residential <br /> parcels. <br />
