"carried 7-0"after item VIII b.;carried 7-0. <br /> Motion by Van Deurzen/McCormick to approve as amended; carried 7-0. <br /> P <br /> III. PUBLIC COMMENT: <br /> Mr.Bob Bowman addressed the committee with respect to petition#7134 and the issue of deed restrcitions. <br /> IV. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM PREVIOUS <br /> MEETINGS <br /> a. 7155,Erdahl,Town of Pleasant Springs, 2/24/98 <br />-; Motion by Anderson/Hendrick to approve; carried 7-0. <br /> b. CUP 1464, Vogel,Town of Medina, 11/25/98 <br />•: Motion by Hendrick/McCormick to impose the following conditions: <br /> 1.
