DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7073 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Medina. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the RH-1, RH-2 Rural Homes and C-1 Commercial District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 7073/1464 A part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Medina described as follows: TO RH-2: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the NE 1/4 of said Section 18; thence N 00° 00' 00"East, 179.01 feet to the centerline of County Highway TT; thence along the said centerline,N 47° 57' East, 452.20 feet to the point, thence continuing along said centerline,N 43° 10' 15"East, 10.00 feet to the point of beginning;thence continuing along said centerline,N 43° 10' 53"East, 332.58 feet to a bend point; thence continuing along said centerline,N 41° 54' 15"East, 356.22 feet; thence S 48° 05' 45" East, 406.00 feet; thence S 41° 54' 15" West, 705.80 feet; thence N 46° 49' 45" West, 418.00 feet to the centerline of said CTH TT and the point of beginning.
